These Terms and Conditions set forth our current Terms and Conditions regarding any order placed with Sienna Products, LLC and/or Soft-Close-Cabinet.com. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and fully understand Sienna Products, LLC's Terms and Conditions and freely consent to the terms and conditions as described in this Website Terms and Conditions. Sienna Products, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to refund any purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our refund policy to decide the appropriate action.
The customer will be charged for return shipping and a restocking fee of no less than 20 percent for any delivery that is refused by the customer without prior authorization by Sienna Products, LLC for ANY reason other than product damaged during shipping.
If a shipment is refused because of damaged product, the customer must notify the deliverer that that is why it is being refused and notify Sienna Products, LLC immediately so a replacement can be sent.
Refund Policy
Sienna Products, LLC will refund the purchase price of your order minus a 20% restocking fee if you are not satisfied for any reason. Just return it to us within 15 days of the sale and the money will be processed back to your credit card.
Items that have been installed are not eligible for return.
A return authorization number must be issued by calling 800.516.4729 before the product is returned. Instructions for returning product will be given at this time. See "Returning Product" below for important information regarding return shipping. Please allow up to 30 days once the order is returned for refunds to be processed.
Damaged product is eligible for a prompt exchange at no shipping cost to the customer. The customer must notify Sienna Products, LLC via phone within 3 business days of delivery if product arrives damaged. Sienna Products, LLC is not be responsible for damaged product after that time. The customer is responsible for return shipping if damaged product is returned without an exchange.
Returning Product
A return authorization number must be issued by calling 800.516.4729 before the product is returned. Instructions for returning product will be given at this time. Credit WILL NOT be given on items shipped back without a return authoriztion number. Credit WILL NOT be given on items shipped back to an address other than the address given at the time that the return authorization number is given.
Customers are responsible for returning the items in resellable condition. Dents, scuffs, scratches, and missing parts are not acceptable and refunds will not be given if items are returned this way. The customer is responsible for taking care to package the return carefully.
Chargebacks and Reversals
Sienna Products, LLC offers refunds to customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. SiennaProducts, LLC will report any unnecessary credit card chargebacks or reversals to all credit reporting agencies. All funds will still be due and necessary chargeback fees and charges will be applied.
