Installing the soft close attachment is simple.
First, you want to locate the correct corner to install the buffer. Always use the top corner closest to the cabinet door.
Then turn the attachment sideways so the flat edge is towards the cabinet door.
We recommend drilling a starter hole with a 3/32 drill bit about a quarter inch down. Hold the attachment tight while doing this. This hole will make installing the screw much easier.
After you have the starter hole drilled, tighten the screw provided.
Now your soft-close attachment is installed. Try closing your door. If it doesn't close all the way, loosen the screw in the back a half turn. Try closing the door again. If it still doesn't close, repeat the previous step until it does close.

This was easier to install than I had expected. I had all of my kitchen cabinets and both bathroom cabinets done in about 25 minutes. Works great. Thx! - Anthony T., FL
